What is your “why”?

“People don’t buy what you do, they buy “why” you do it”.

Your “why” drives the passion and purpose in your heart and in your business.

We’ve all heard this before but it’s true. You must have a passion and purpose in your heart for the service you perform, otherwise, you will provide lacklustre assistance at best…and your customers and clients will go elsewhere. We have all been on the receiving end of the telemarketer calling only wants to meet their daily quota or the salesperson that would rather be chatting with their friends.  Remember how that make you feel?
So“Why” is before “How” and “What”.
