On Thursday 8th July, local businesswoman, Lorna Burroughes, will celebrate the launch of her own networking group, Thrive networking.
The event, which will take place at The Maids Head Hotel between 12 and 2pm, will formally launch Thrive networking, which has been established to replace the B4B networking events, which Lorna has managed for over 3 years, as a franchisee.
Lorna Burroughs, Director of Thrive, says:
“I have been running these networking groups for some time and the membership has grown month on month, as members have seen their businesses thrive and develop as a result of successful networking. When the franchise for the B4B networking ended, therefore, I was very keen to continue to build on this success, so Thrive was born!”
Taking place on a number of dates and times throughout the week in Norwich and Bury St Edmunds, Thrive networking offers its members an alternative networking opportunity, where members are encouraged to pass business and develop business relationships in a supportive environment.
Lorna Burroughs goes on to explain:
“I chose the name thrive as it has so many wonderful connotations and for me, one of the most satisfying elements of running the group is seeing individuals and companies do just that – thrive in an environment of support and communication.”
