When I went along to my first Thrive meeting I had no idea that, just a few weeks later, I’d be handling the public relations for a music festival. It all happened so organically, in the way that many Thrive connections do, during the second conversation I had with one of my fellow group members.
The way of networking is changing – we have to change and to modernise, but do not discount the face-to-face method, as nothing can supersede in-person networking, it is this that creates a fundamental personal relationship.
