I am an experienced executive board-level director with a wealth of hands-on international experience in B2B / B2B2C industrial businesses. I have worked in large international corporates and started my own business, successfully creating a thriving consulting organisation before it was sold on to a larger company.

I co-founded and grew a business consultancy known as Integrated Commercial Excellence (ICE). We lead significant projects for major corporate and PE backed clients in the industrial and B2B2C sectors such as Axalta, Beaulieu International Group, Borealis, Federal Mogul and Hella. As a consultant and in my corporate career, I have often been required to act as the ‘Critical Friend’, providing objective, but supporting advice and constructively challenging senior leaders thinking.
I understand the need to use technology as an enabler of change. As a Board member of Akzo Nobel’s Asia Pacific Coatings business I delivered Integrated Business Planning (S&OP) initiatives, championed the design and led the implementation of CRM and the restructuring of organisational and operational procedures to enable greater commercial integration. This resulted in a doubling of revenues and tripling of EBITDA.
I am actively seeking Non-Executive Director opportunities and Interim leadership opportunities. I understand the changing role of the NED to bring additional expertise and experience to the board, support an effective board, and help the board to guide the business through fast moving change in today’s world.
