The E-Fixer-Co-Founder and Coach

I started Bite the Cherry Limited in 2016 to discover what Jim Collins of Good to Great fame described as the big idea rather than the big company!

The big idea is to discover a simple method the majority of business owners and start-up founders can follow to make sure they lead and not just end up endlessly managing and working in their businesses.

As my mission is to make a serious dent in the number who never make it to their 10th year. A statistic that has stayed stubbornly in place since records began.

To date I have been both researching, thinking but also coaching and more recentlyI have been active as a Co-Founder of several start-ups. You can find their details below.

All this massive investment is fortunately really starting to bear fruits with me at long last capturing a very simple 4 step formula or code.

E-FIX your business model because without the stress of chasing orders and the right agile mindset you will capture the right way to continue delighting your customers and making a profit systematically. So you can at last
E-FIX working on your business then you can then lead it and not just manage and work in it. Then your business will deliver you the greatest emotional and financial returns possible.

This is proving to be easy to understand and become aware of as a business owner or Founder and by using my E-Fix Playbook of business strategy you can quickly establish the business of your dreams. As a result I have been testing a minimal viable virtual quick fix mindset coaching course for the last 18 months and E-FIXING quite a number of great business owners and Founders.

My aim is to launch it as a viable product in 2022 so I’m looking for a limited number of highly committed business owners and Founders who are very serious about making so much more than just a living and really want to make a serious difference in the world and not just a profit. Because if you can prove you are that committed then I would be delighted to deliver the E-Fix mindset coaching course to you on a mainly contingent basis as long as you would be willing for me to use your successful result as a case study.
